Principle Introduction

The heat exchange gas-fired hot air furnace provides clean hot air. Fuel burns to produce high-temperature combustion gas, which then transfers heat to the cold air and flows out at a temperature below 80 degrees.

The cold air is fed into the hot air furnace by the blower, and after heating to the set temperature,it's discharged for use.The size of the flame emitted by the burner is automatically adjusted according to the set temperature.

Product Usage

Indirect heat exchange gas-fired hot air furnace provides hot and clean air for drying products, especially materials that must be kept clean, such as in the food, pharmaceutical, synthetic resin, and fine chemical industries.
The matched burner can be selected as either a split type (industrial burner) or an integrated type.

Hot air flow range: 3000~1000000 Nm³/h
Hot air temperature range: 50~600°C
Heat load range (per unit): 50000~10000000 Kcal/h
Operating pressure range: ±30 KPa
Heat exchange component material: Stainless steel 310S, 304, etc.
Media: Clean air, process gases in the system, steam, etc.
Fuel: Natural gas, various clean gases, light oil, etc.
Combustion engine: Integrated unit, industrial burner nozzle both available.
